Ingredients:
- 1 bunch curly kale
- 1 cup cashews (soaked for a couple hours)
- 1 red bell pepper, deseeded
- Juice of half a lemon (2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
