- 2 ears of corn, peeled and sliced into chunks
- 1 large handful of lettuce
- 1/4 cucumber, cut into sticks

- 1 small beet, cut into sticks
- 2 carrots, cut into sticks
- 12 black olives, pitted
- Salt and black pepper to taste
French Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
