- 2 courgettes
- Small punnet of cherry tomatoes
- 50ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper
For the dressing
- 1 bunch of basil leaves, roughly chopped
- Half a garlic clove, crushed
- Pinch of salt
- 100ml extra virgin olive oil
